We reserve the right to change, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page for updates. Continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
SECTION 2 - USER AGREEMENT
By engaging with JobJenius’s services on the website, you enter into an Agreement including these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Payment Policy. This User Agreement applies to all users accessing our website, and your engagement with our services signifies your consent to abide by these Terms. It is crucial to thoroughly read and understand these Terms before using our website. Your access to our website is contingent upon your agreement with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other specific agreements or policies provided through our website. Users are permitted to use our services only through their accounts. Unauthorized use of another member's account is strictly prohibited and may result in indefinite banning from the platform.

On our website, we offer a hassle-free, responsive, and quick experience so, to make sure that all the functions of our service should be performed in an orderly manner we will need to collect certain information from our registered users. To do so we may need to collect your full name, phone number, address, social media account details, age, email address, and payment details as well as other personal details and your website usage. 4.2. Agreement to Terms of Use
Before registering on JobJenius, users must explicitly agree to the platform's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, users acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the outlined rules, guidelines, and obligations.
4.3. Information Sharing Disclaimer
Job seekers (workers) and employers, by registering on JobJenius, explicitly express their willingness to share their information with potential employers and with the JobJenius platform.
4.4. User Consent
Users acknowledge that the information they provide may be shared with employers and utilized by JobJenius in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
4.5. Data Usage Limitations
User information is utilized solely for the purpose of facilitating connections between job seekers and employers, and for platform-related services as outlined in the Privacy Policy. By incorporating these elements into the registration process, JobJenius establishes a clear framework for email verification, user agreement to terms, and an explicit disclaimer regarding the sharing of information with both employers and the platform.
SECTION 5 - ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION SHARING
5.1 Workers' Account Registration
Workers are required to provide the following information during account creation:
a. Personal Information

iii. Email
iv. Workers can upload a profile picture to personalize their account.
v. Skills list
vi. Field of job interest
b. Document Upload
Workers have the option to upload documents, providing flexibility for showcasing relevant materials.
c. Education Details
Comprehensive education details include school name, address, website, major, degree, GPA, and start/end dates.
d. Job Experience Details
i. Job Experience

Users have the option to link social media profiles to their JobJenius account.

An open field allows workers to add any supplemental information they find relevant.
6.2 Employer Information Sharing
a. Employer Details

6.3. Profile View, Search and Filtering
Employers can search for job seekers using filters based on skills, city, country, and other criteria.
6.4. Profile View:
Upon search results, employers can view a portion of the worker's profile.
6.5. Profile Purchase
To access the full profile, employers must purchase a plan, providing them with complete visibility into the worker's information. This approach ensures that job seekers can provide detailed and comprehensive information while employers have access to the data they need through a structured and fair system.
SECTION 7 - PAYMENT REFUND POLICY
7.1 Pricing and Fee Structure:
a. Package Selection
Employers on JobJenius will enjoy free account creation and access to the platform. The paying model is designed for employers who seek specific candidates. They can choose from various packages to gain access to relevant job seekers' profiles.
b. Profile Access Charges:
i. Employers can filter and identify potential candidates for free.
ii. To access an individual profile, employers will be charged a set amount of money.
iii. For complete pricing information, please refer to our Pricing page (link).
c. Non-expiring Packages:
i. Purchased profiles do not expire, providing flexibility for future hiring needs.
ii. If an employer hires from a batch of purchased profiles, the remaining accesses are retained for future use.
7.2 Rules of Our Payment Policy
a. Variable Pricing:
i. Prices vary based on the specific worker and their skills, time, and quality.
ii. The pricing structure follows a Pay Per Order (PPO) model, where employers pay in advance according to the selected package.
7.3. Tax Responsibility
Transactions on the website are exclusive of taxes, VATs, or other duties. Employers and job seekers are responsible for determining the tax value of their services.
SECTION 8 - STATUS OF USERS OF THE JOBJENIUS WEBSITE
By using our website and our services the users (including employers and job seekers) agree and acknowledge that all users act and provide services independently and none of the users are, for any purpose, employees of our website. Users do not have the authority to enter into agreements or contracts on behalf of our website, and shall not represent that they possess any such authority.
Similarly, we have no authority over the users’ personal work schedules. Users have the freedom to conduct business with whomever they want. Therefore, all users of our website admit, affirm, and confirm that our website/platform is only acting as an independent marketplace and that all users are responsible for their own dealings and business activities.
SECTION 9 - PROHIBITION OF INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES
JobJenius is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment for all users. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, the website explicitly prohibits the following content and activities:
a. Sexually Explicit Content
Users are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or engaging in any form of sexually explicit content, discussions, or solicitations on the JobJenius website.
b. Solicitation of Sex or Sexual Services
Any form of solicitation or offering of sexual services is strictly prohibited on the platform. Users must refrain from engaging in discussions or transactions related to such services.
c. Hacking and Unlawful Activities

d. Gore and Death-Related Services

g. Terrorist Activities

i. Prohibited Services

JobJenius reserves the right to take immediate and appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension or termination, against any user found in violation of these prohibitions. Other instances of account suspension include violation of Terms of use and Privacy Policy, as well as account inactivity of 5 years. Prior notice will be sent to the user before account gets suspended due to inactivity.
Users are encouraged to report any instances of inappropriate content or activities to maintain a secure and positive online community.
SECTION 10 - OBLIGATIONS AND DUTIES OF USERS
a. Accurate Information
Users, both job seekers and employers, are obligated to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the registration and account creation process.
b. Compliance with Terms
Users must comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other agreements or policies provided by JobJenius.
c. Verification of Information
JobJenius reserves the right to use the provided information for verification purposes. Users are obligated to furnish complete and correct details to facilitate this process. Users need to verify their information when contacting JobJenius to make any changes to their accounts. If the user fails to verify the information, JobJneius reserves the right to refuse to make any changes.
d. Confidentiality and Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and account information. Any activities conducted under their account are their sole responsibility.
e. Prohibition of Unlawful Activities
Users must not engage in any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized activities while using the platform.
This includes but is not limited to disruptive behavior, unauthorized access, or any action that may harm the website, services, or business.
f. Responsible Posting and Content
Users, whether job seekers or employers, must ensure that any content they post, including job listings, profiles, or comments, adheres to ethical standards. This includes refraining from posting copyrighted material without permission.
g. Prompt Reporting of Prohibited Content
Users are encouraged to promptly report any content that violates ethical standards, laws, or the terms of service.
h. Adherence to Community Guidelines
Users must adhere to the community guidelines of JobJenius, refraining from engaging in activities that may be considered disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.
i. Legal and Ethical Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves in a legal and ethical manner, respecting the rights and privacy of others.
j. Payment and Transaction Compliance
Employers must adhere to the payment policies and fulfill any financial obligations associated with accessing job seekers profiles. Job seekers, in turn, must comply with the agreed-upon terms and conditions of employment.
k. Professionalism in Communication
Users are expected to communicate with professionalism, maintaining a respectful and courteous tone in all interactions on the platform.
l. Use of Platform Features
Users should use platform features, such as messaging and transaction tools, responsibly and in compliance with the intended purpose.
m. Compliance with Anti-Discrimination Laws
Employers are obligated to comply with anti-discrimination laws and should not discriminate against job seekers based on race, gender, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
n. Cooperation in Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes or conflicts, users are encouraged to cooperate in good faith with the platform's dispute-resolution processes.
o. Adherence to Platform Policies
Users must abide by any additional policies or guidelines set forth by JobJenius to ensure a fair, safe, and transparent environment for all users.
SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER REGARDING GUARANTEE
Although every effort will be made to provide all the employers and companies with the best possible services, however, we do not assume responsibility for the quality of content or projects delivered by workers. We provide accurate information with transparency, but we make no guarantees that individuals using our services will achieve the desired results. Results may vary based on various factors such as personal circumstances, technological aspects, skills, and other variables. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that we are not liable for the success or failure of your decisions, changes in your happiness, or any other outcomes resulting from information on our platform. You are solely responsible for your results.
SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER REGARDING RESPONSIBILITY
It would be the responsibility of the users of JobJenius’s platform to discern all risks related to their tasks, jobs, and orders. Users themselves are liable for their own damages, losses, or resulting outcomes. By using our services all users (including job seekers and employers) understand that our website is not the original content generator, but it is only a platform for the users who are neither employees nor associate of our website or platform. Therefore, it would be upon the job seekers to
handle every possible outcome of the job they have done and delivered. All the job seekers have the option to decline the job offer in case the job is deemed to be against the law or seems risky in any way.
Similarly, it would be the responsibility of the employers to deal with all results and outcomes –without blaming or criticizing our platform-- that may result from the task they have asked a job seeker to perform. Furthermore, all users (including job seekers, sellers, and employers) hereby affirm, confirm and consent that our website, the owner(s), the team members, employees, and their affiliates cannot and will not in any way be held accountable --legally or otherwise-- for any job that was done through our website or platform. By using and working through our platform, all users hereby acknowledge and agree that any legal claims, lawsuits, legal actions, complaints, or judicial proceedings resulting from any order, task, or job can only be filed against a person who was directly involved in that particular order, task or job and our platform will not be involved in any legal claim, lawsuit, legal action, complaint or judicial proceeding resulting from any such order, task or job.
SECTION 13 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
13.1. Dispute Resolution
a. Negotiation
In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the use of JobJenius, the involved user/parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
b. Mediation
If negotiation does not lead to a resolution within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third party mutually agreed upon by both parties.
c. Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree that any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution agreed upon by both parties.
d. Exception
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for any dispute related to intellectual property infringement, unauthorized access to data, or any conduct that may cause irreparable harm.
13.2. Governing Law
a. Applicable Law
These dispute resolution terms and all aspects of the relationship between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
b. Jurisdiction
Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or the use of JobJenius shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the jurisdiction of the United States.
13.3. Miscellaneous
a. Language
All communications and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
b. Costs
Each party shall bear its own costs, including legal fees, associated with the dispute resolution process.
c. Enforceability
If any provision of these dispute resolution and governing law terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
